* Responsible for the overall Mechanical

* Prepared and implemented the corrective and preventive maintenance of all the mechanical
and HVAC equipment.
* Ordered materials and spare parts for the uninterrupted operation of the Hospital.
* Managed and tracked Purchase Orders relative to the Departmental Maintenance and
planning.
* Prepared operational report and maintained personnel records by the use of centralized
computer system.
* Established and maintained data base inventory of equipment, parts, materials and
including personnel thru the use of central computer system.
* Responsible for the service and maintenance of the Building Automation System.(Johnson
Controls – Metasys System)
5. MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR: 1985 – 1993, Armed Forces Hospital, King

* Prepared and conducted the corrective, predictive/preventative
maintenance of all the Hospital’s mechanical and HVAC equipment.
* Responsible for the ordering of spare parts/materials to sustain
uninterrupted operation of the Hospital.
*Prepared operational report, in/out memorandums, technical manuscripts,
feasibility studies, designs/estimates and budgetary requirements.
*Established and maintained data base
inventory of equipment, parts, materials including personnel by the use of central
computer system.
*Worked in various shifting schedules in charge of the maintenance team.
6.SENIOR ENGINEER, January, 1983 - November, 1983 – Farm Systems
Development Corporation (FSDC), Manila, Philippines.
* Supervises construction of irrigation projects.
* Conducts technical field inspection of a proposed project for verification, adequate
designs and feasibility studies.
* Prepares budgetary requirement and time/motion schedules
* Implements the installation/construction of the proposed project after approval
by the management.
